this badass product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. this helps reduce overproduction and is better for the earth so thank you for making a thoughtful purchase!

because all products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, color or change of mind. with that being  said — if something isn’t right due to an error on our end, we’ll absolutely take care of you. duh!

all sales are final sale due to the custom nature of our products.

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Hat fit
  2. Change of mind
  3. Preference or style issues
  4. Slight color variations (screen vs. print)
  5. Shipping delays

Please double-check all order details before completing checkout. A sizing chart is available on almost all products.

Replacements (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

If your item arrives:

  1. Damaged
  2. Defective
  3. Misprinted
  4. Or incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll review your request.

Shipping Issues
